T&C:

  1. Signed quotation on company’s letterhead should be sent.
  1. Sealed Quotes in the name of BISA to be submitted to following address latest by February 02, 2026. Borlaug Institute for South Asia (BISA), BISA Farm, Pusa, Samastipur-Bihar- 848125

or send quotation only BISA.PROCUREMENT@cgiar.org  through email.

  1. The envelope/subject line of email should be superscribed with “RFQ for Seeds of Vegetables ’’
  2. Prices should be FOR Destination at: BISA Farm, Pusa, Samastipur-Bihar- 848125
  3. Any applicable taxes (including GST etc) should be mentioned extra.
  4. Payment terms should be mentioned: Preferably after delivery.
  5. Delivery Time should be mentioned clearly.
  6. Validity of Quote should be mentioned: Minimum of 60 days.
  7. Crops should be production in current year.
  8. Documents to be enclosed with the proposal:
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • PAN Card
  • GSTIN
  • Cancelled Cheque
  • Proof of Address of Company
  • Copy of the Aadhar card of proprietors/partners
  • Dealership certificate

  1. Selection of service provider for purchase of goods/ services will be done at the sole discretion of BISA. This RFQ/RFP may also be cancelled at any time without any prior notice to service provider (s) at the discretion of BISA’s Management without any liability to BISA whatsoever. E-mail or Telephonic queries with regards to the selection process/progress of the procurement will not be entertained.
  2. The potential vendor/s may be asked to give a presentation of their product/services to the concerned person/s at BISA as a part of the evaluation of the proposal submitted.
  3. The list of documents required for Technical and Financial evaluation are just indicative. Further details could be asked by BISA to examine the quotes in detail.
  4. BISA provides equal opportunity to all the eligible applicants to partner/ collaborate with us. Selection process is free from any sort of discrimination or nepotism.
  5. Any misstatement in the Technical/Financial proposals will lead to debarring of the Vendors from all future procurements at BISA.
  6. Multiple quotations by a single entity/organization under the garb of related/sister concerns will be subject to rejection without further evaluation.
