BISA invites interested buyers to submit bids for the purchase of fruits from BISA’s orchards, including Mango, Peach, and Guava.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The bidding process will be held on 10 April 2025 at 02:30 PM at BISA farm orchard, Ladhowal.
  2. BISA orchard fruit sale committee may decide that the bidding duration either for one or two years at its own decision.
  3. The bidding will be done collectively for entire orchard covering Mango, Peach and Guava plantation in one go.
  4. The interested buyers may visit at BISA farm for quality and quantity check during office time i.e. 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
  5. Kindly make the Demand draft or Account payee cheque of INR 25000 in favour of Borlaug Institute for South Asia payable at
  6. Demand Draft or Account payee cheque of INR 25,000/- as advance must to be deposited at BISA office before starting the bidding process.
  7. Demand Draft or Account payee cheque from the selected bidder/party, will be kept as security amount, and it will be adjusted from full and final payment.
  8. The selected bidder must have to deposit 50% of the bidding amount within 90 days effective from date of release of sale order.
  9. Full and final payment must be done by 30th Nov 2025, security amount will be adjusted with full and final settlement.
  10. The maintenance (security & cleaning) of orchard is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  11. The associated labour & transport cost will have to be borne by the buyer.
  12. BISA will provide the irrigation, fertilizer, and plant protection chemicals.
  13. The required tillage operations will be provided by BISA.
  14. BISA will be responsible to undertake the training and pruning of orchard plants.
  15. The required fertilizer, plant protect chemical, and irrigation will be provided by BISA. However, the application and operational cost with fertilizer, plant protect chemical, and irrigation must be managed by bidder.
  16. BISA will provide the required space for temporary arrangements for supervising and handling of the fruits.

  1. Selection of bidder will be done at the sole discretion of BISA. This RFQ/RFP may also be cancelled at any time without any prior notice to service provider (s) at the discretion of BISA’s Management without any liability to BISA whatsoever. E-mail or Telephonic queries with regards to selection process/progress of the procurement will not be entertained.
  2. The potential bidder may be asked to give a presentation of their proposal to the concern person/s at BISA as a part of the evaluation of the proposal submitted.
  3. The list of documents required for Technical and Financial evaluation are just indicative. Further details could be asked by BISA to examine the quotes in detail.
  4. BISA provides equal opportunity to all the eligible applicants to partner/ collaborate with us. Selection process is free from any sort of discrimination or nepotism.
  5. Any mis-statement in the Technical/Financial proposals will lead to debarring of the Vendors from all future procurements at BISA.
  6. Multiple quotations by a single entity/organization under the garb of related/sister concerns will be subject to rejection without further evaluation.
