Borlaug Institute for South Asia (BISA), Pusa, Samastipur invites sealed quotations for Sale of Multiple Crop Grains.

The details of grains and quantities are as follows:

Last date for submission of Sealed Quotes by hand/Post: December 13, 2025.

Address for submission of quotation: Borlaug Institute for South Asia, BISA Farm, Pusa, Samastipur, BIHAR- 848125.

Please note the following term and conditions:

1. Sealed Quotation should be in the name of Borlaug Institute for South Asia on your letter head.
2. Payment should be made in advance before lifting the material.

3. Demand Draft of INR 50,000/- as Security Money in favour of Borlaug Institute for South Asia payable at Pusa or deposit in BISA account to be submitted with proposal/quote.
4. The validity of the quotation must be 60 days.

1. Product will be sold on the basis of weigh slip from BISA’s weighing bridge
2. Product will be sold as per BISA gate pass.

7. Labour & transport cost will be borne by the customer.

1. The following documents should be submitted with the quotation.

1. Copy of the Aadhar Car
2. Copy of PAN car
3. GST number if available

1. Incomplete Quotations will not be considered for final evaluation.
2. BISA may terminate this quotation process, without cause and liability at any stage.
3. If the highest-rate vendor does not accept the terms, delays payment, or fails to clear the storage area, BISA reserves the right to award the sale to the next eligible vendor.
4. Envelope should be superscribed as “Multiple Crop Grains.”
5. Please visit Bisa Farm Pusa for quotation format and sample collection.

Note: quotation should be submitted with ID & Address proof and envelope superscribed with name of BISA. Quantity may be increase or decrease after finalization of the process.

1. Selection of customer/purchaser for sale of farm products will be done at the sole discretion of BISA. This RFQ may also be cancelled at any time without any prior notice to customer/purchaser (s) at the discretion of BISA’s Management without any liability to BISA whatsoever. E-mail or Telephonic queries with regards to selection process/progress of the procurement will not be entertained.
2. The potential customer/purchaser (s) may be asked to give a presentation of their product/services to the concern person/s at BISA as a part of the evaluation of the proposal submitted.
3. The list of documents required for financial evaluation are just indicative. Further details could be asked by BISA to examine the quotes in detail.
4. BISA provides equal opportunity to all the eligible applicants to partner/ collaborate with us. Selection process is free from any sort of discrimination or nepotism.
5. Any mis-statement in the Financial proposals will lead to debarring of the Vendors from all future procurements at BISA.

बहुफसलीय अनाज की बिक्री के लिए कोटेशन हेतु अनुरोध (RFQ)

बोरलॉग इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर साउथ एशिया (बीसा), पूसा, समस्तीपुर बहुफसलीय अनाज की बिक्री के लिए सीलबंद कोटेशन आमंत्रित करता है।

अनाज और मात्रा का विवरण इस प्रकार है:

सीलबंद कोटेशन दस्ती/डाक द्वारा जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि: 13 दिसंबर, 2025.

कोटेशन जमा करने का पता: बोरलॉग इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर साउथ एशिया, बीसा फार्म, पूसा, समस्तीपुर, बिहार- 848125.

कृपया निम्नलिखित नियम एवं शर्तों पर ध्यान दें:

1. सीलबंद कोटेशन आपके लेटर हेड पर बोरलॉग इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर साउथ एशिया के नाम से होना चाहिए।
2. सामग्री उठाने से पहले अग्रिम भुगतान किया जाना चाहिए।
3. सुरक्षा राशि के रूप में बोरलॉग इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर साउथ एशिया के पक्ष में पूसा में देय 50,000/- रुपये का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट या BISA खाते में जमा प्रस्ताव/कोट के साथ प्रस्तुत किया जाना है।
4. कोटेशन की वैधता 60 दिनों की होनी चाहिए।
5. उत्पाद BISA के तौल कांटे से प्राप्त तौल पर्ची के आधार पर बेचा जाएगा।
6. उत्पाद BISA गेट पास के अनुसार बेचा जाएगा।
7. श्रम और परिवहन लागत ग्राहक द्वारा वहन की जाएगी।
8. कोटेशन के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ जमा करने होंगे।

• आधार कार्ड की प्रति
• पैन कार्ड की प्रति
• यदि उपलब्ध हो तो GST नंबर

8    अपूर्ण कोटेशनों पर अंतिम मूल्यांकन के लिए विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

9. BISA किसी भी स्तर पर बिना किसी कारण या दायित्व के इस कोटेशन प्रक्रिया को समाप्त कर सकता है।
10. यदि उच्चतम दर वाला विक्रेता शर्तों को स्वीकार नहीं करता है, भुगतान में देरी करता है, या भंडारण क्षेत्र खाली करने में विफल रहता है, तो बीसा अगले पात्र विक्रेता को बिक्री सौंपने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
11. लिफाफे के ऊपर ” बहुफसलीय अनाज की बिक्री के लिए कोटेशन” लिखा होना चाहिए।
12. कोटेशन प्रारूप और नमूना संग्रह के लिए कृपया बीसा फार्म पूसा पर जाएँ।

नोट: कोटेशन पहचान पत्र और पते के प्रमाण के साथ जमा करना होगा और लिफ़ाफ़े पर बीसा का नाम लिखना होगा। प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद मात्रा में कमी या वृद्धि हो सकती है।

अस्वीकरण:

1             कृषि उत्पादों की बिक्री के लिए ग्राहक/क्रेता का चयन BISA के पूर्ण विवेक पर किया जाएगा। यह RFQ ग्राहक/क्रेता(कों) को बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के, बीसा प्रबंधन के विवेक पर, बीसा के प्रति किसी भी प्रकार की देयता के बिना, किसी भी समय रद्द किया जा सकता है। चयन प्रक्रिया/खरीद की प्रगति के संबंध में ईमेल या टेलीफोन पर पूछे गए प्रश्नों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

2. प्रस्तुत प्रस्ताव के मूल्यांकन के एक भाग के रूप में, संभावित ग्राहक/क्रेता(कों) को बीसा में संबंधित व्यक्ति/व्यक्तियों के समक्ष अपने उत्पाद/सेवाओं का एक प्रस्तुतीकरण देने के लिए कहा जा सकता है।
3. वित्तीय मूल्यांकन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की सूची केवल सांकेतिक है। कोटेशन की विस्तृत जाँच के लिए बीसा द्वारा और विवरण माँगा जा सकता है।
4. BISA सभी पात्र आवेदकों को हमारे साथ साझेदारी/सहयोग करने का समान अवसर प्रदान करता है। चयन प्रक्रिया किसी भी प्रकार के भेदभाव या भाई-भतीजावाद से मुक्त है।
5. वित्तीय प्रस्तावों में किसी भी प्रकार की गलत जानकारी के कारण विक्रेताओं को बीसा में भविष्य में सभी खरीदों से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा।

नोट: कृषि उत्पादों की बिक्री के लिए विक्रेता का चयन बीसा के पूर्ण विवेक पर किया जाएगा। यह RFQ, बीसा प्रबंधन के विवेक पर, विक्रेता/विक्रेताओं को बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के, किसी भी समय रद्द किया जा सकता है, और बीसा के प्रति इसकी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
